With learning how to grow and cultivate your personal learning network, you must identify the aggregators that you have and can utilize through your telecommunication tools. Warlick states that RSS Aggregators are "the central tool for dynamically maintained asynchronous connections (Warlick, 2009)." Aggregators are beneficial to me because they provide information for me without having to go out and search. As a media literacy educator, I have many subscriptions to You Tube Channels, Ted Talks and more sites that inform me when new content is produced that I can utilize in my lessons.

Aggregators communicate and teaches the educator as a learner of information. Through personal learning networks, I as an educator learn about resources that I can then utilize when educating through other telecommunication tools such as Zoom Calls, Google Hangouts or recorded lesson plans produced on my YouTube Channel.
