DISTRIBUTION TO TEACHERS

The school will have a digital device lead. This person is in charge of checking out devices to teachers and conducting inventory twice a quarter.

1) The digital device lead will check out the devices to teachers at the beginning of the school year.

2) Each device will be labeled with a serial number and assigned to staff and students.

3)Teachers will have to sign their signature when checking out the device.

DISTRIBUTION FOR STUDENTS

1) All home room teachers will be provided iPads for students. They will match the serial number of the device to the student on a spreadsheet.

2) Homeroom teachers will require students to sign out their devices at the beginning of the school year.

3) Students will have to check-out their devices from their homeroom teacher at the beginning of each school day and check it back in to their homeroom teacher at the end of the school day.
