Phase 5: Technical Support
SUPPORT STAFF
The IT staff member will serve as the lead technology contact in case of any technical issues with the devices. The school will also form a iPad initiative team or committee. This will consist of the IT support staff and a member from each grade level. Each grade level member will serve as the designated contact for the devices for the specific grade level to assist with any technical difficulties.
POSSIBLE TECHNICAL ISSUES
1) Device Malfunctions
2) Viruses on Devices
3) Software Glitches
4) Damage of Devices
