STORAGE

Devices will be stored in a locked cabinet in all home-room classrooms.

TRANSPORTATION

​

Devices are NOT to be removed from the school's campus. Tracking software will be enabled on all devices. Students will retrieve devices in the morning from home room teacher and return at the end of the day from their home room teachers.

INVENTORY CHECKS

​

IT Staff and iPad Initiative committee members will conduct inventory checks once or twice a quarter.

​

DEVICE UPDATES

​

Updates to devices and downloading will only be enabled on devices through an administrator. Students do not have administrator access and will not be permitted to download any software.
